The TFCD sends its respects to the family of Chief Justice William Rehnquist. However, we must keep vigil over our country as Bush appoints members to the Supreme Court to fill the vacancies. Not only do we have to protect a woman’s right to choose and separation of church and state, but we must also protect Civil Liberties and Civil Rights. Because of September 11 and the war in Iraq, people often forget to protect their freedom in favor of simple solutions. As Americans, it is our duty to work hard to preserve freedom.
